In accordance with Governors Executive Order pertaining to convening of public meeting in response to COVID-19 pandemic, the Board of Supervisors will hold meetings via teleconference. The Board of Supervisors' Chambers will remain closed until further notice.

  1. Conduct a public hearing on request for an Agricultural Preserve at Sattley 89 Ranch (APN 013-070-007), application submitted by Jill Curran for a Williamson Act contract.
  2. Resolution authorizing land conservation contract for Sattley 89 Ranch, LLC (APN 013-070-007) as follows: 1) creating an agriculture preserve; 2) authorizing the filing of a Notice of Exemption from CEQA; and 3) approving a land conservation contract as presented.
