A day of fun, food, family, and friendship for "kids" with special abilities. To show kids they are not alone in the world and show parents in the quest to take care of children with special needs there are others like them. Reservations are limited so apply early.

• A person who is bleeding can die from blood loss within five minutes. Thus, it is critically important to quickly stop blood loss. Those nearest to someone with a bleeding injury can make a life-saving difference, if they are adequately trained to provide first care. This course offers training in basic bleeding control techniques such as direct pressure, packing and tourniquet application.
•Review of the transportation plan.
•Discussion of the protocol for Treatment, Transportation, Destination Determination, and Notifications for confirmed or suspected EVD patients.
•Discussion of the protocols for waste management.
