Functions

The following are functions of the Clerk-Recorder's Office:
  • Elections - Look up information on how to register to vote, upcoming elections, and past election results.
  • County Clerk - Find resources provided by the county clerk, including information on marriages, vital records, and fictitious business names.
  • Recorder - Access information about the county recorder, real property searches, and basic document recording requirements.
  • Clerk of the Board - Find information about the Sierra County Board of Supervisors, meeting agendas and minutes, and property assessment appeals.
