Sierra County's Online Parcel Search is an up-to-date county resource for checking secured roll property values, land values, improvement values, and more. This website is not maintained by Sierra County and therefore all questions regarding reports and transactions should be directed to ParcelQuest. If you want to verify the data presented by the website, please call our office. We can also provide the same information over the phone, via email, or in person at our Downieville office at different rates. Check out the Assessor's Fee Schedule for fee information.
Secured Roll Property Values
Current secured roll property values are now available online, as well as the current assessor parcel map for your area. The secured roll value is the assessed value used for tax purposes in the current fiscal year.
This property search tool will allow you to find your property by the assessor's parcel number (APN) or by street address. Some parcels, such as vacant land, do not have street addresses, so you will need to use the APN for your search.
Assessor Parcel Maps
Parcel maps are grouped by book-page-parcel. These correspond to the first three parts of your APN. For example, the map containing APN 011-250-001-0 would be referred to as Book 11, Page 25. On that Page, Parcel 1 would be yours.
