PUBLIC HEARING - SIERRA COUNTY HOUSING ELEMENT UPDATE
- Conduct public hearing to consider a General Plan Amendment to adopt the 2019-2024 Housing Element Update.
- Resolution finding the proposed project is exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and directing staff to file a Notice of Exemption; approving the General Plan Amendment, and adopting the 2019-2024 Housing Element Update; and directing staff to transmit the adopted Housing Element Update to the State Department of Housing and Community Development for final certification and filing.
