    •  Water system contact information 
    • Consumer confidence report for public water systems (If applicable. This document is provided by a Public Utility District) 
    • Water quality testing status or notice that the water is not tested. (If applicable.  This is if you are on a private/unregulated water system, like a well.)
    • Informational handout on how to use the septic system

    Safety

    • Operation instructions for fire, smoke, and carbon monoxide alarms
    • Operation manuals for primary appliances
    • Rules regarding fire restrictions, quiet hours, pets, and parking
