- Return this form via email or mail. If you wish to use email, please include the nature of your complaint in the body of the email and use complaint@sierracounty.ca.gov. If you wish to mail the form, please mail it to P.O. Box 66 Downieville, CA 95936 attention Lt. Crawford.
- You may also call the Sheriff's Office directly to speak to a supervisor.
