A Dog License
Dog licensing is mandated by the State of California Health and Human Services Department. The Licensing is required to ensure all dogs have been properly vaccinated against rabies. All counties within the State of California have been declared "rabies areas" since 2007.

Fictitious Business Name
Effective January 1, 2014 anyone filing a Fictitious Business Name Statement, Abandonment, or Withdrawal in person must present a valid government-issued identification, such as a driver's license, state-issued identification card, or passport.
